What is EasyRentals?
EasyRentals enables sales & rental e-commerce with a customizable storefront that can be up and running in a day with built-in connections to credit card and ACH payment processing, shipping, personal credit checks and optional integrations available to accounting, HR, and warehouse management applications. Everything a rental operator needs to implement frictionless e-commerce, better customer experience, and greatly reduced manual hours required per transaction with options for sales or rental online transactions or easy quotation requests.
How do I become a seller?
Visit the seller registration page (https://easyrentals.com/supplier) and follow the simple registration steps. Or, click the 'Become a Seller' link at the bottom of the page.
What types of items can I rent or sell?
On EasyRentals, you can sell or rent any type of item! Just add the item to your storefront inventory and you're ready to go.
How do I get paid?
As part of your onboarding process, you will create a Gusto account. Here, you will securely enter your bank information. At the end of each month, you will be paid your earnings via Gusto, directly into your bank account. Hooray!
How can I customize my storefront?
You can customize your storefront in your seller dashboard. Add your company logo and banner image to showcase your brand, and share information about your shop in the Shop Details page. You can also create custom project collections and highlight popular products in your Feature Products section. We're here to help you make your storefront your own!
Is shipping fulfilled by EasyRentals?
We are currently adding a shipping integration so that you can ship nation-wide via courier. In the meantime, your storefront is equipped to handle your own personal shipping method.
How can I upload products in bulk to my storefront inventory?
We are currently building a custom desktop application where you can upload your products in bulk to your storefront. Stay tuned for updates!
What happens if my product is lost or damaged?
Should your product be lost by the renter or in transit, you can choose to keep or deduct from the renter's security deposit. Depending on your assessment of the damage, you can retain the full amount, or issue a partial refund. EasyRentals does not issue insurance.
What is EasyRentals Lead Generation?
EasyRentals Lead Generation is a new customer and new order acquisition channel, where we send fresh leads, right to your inbox. Interested in registering? Contact us to get set up with Lead Generation today.
Can I have my order shipped?
If the seller has enabled local shipping for the item you'd like to rent or buy, you can have your order shipped right to your door. You can select your shipping method at checkout.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you can track your shipment! If the lender attached tracking information to your order, you will be able to track it every step of the way.
What payment options are accepted?
All major credit cards are securely accepted.
How do I return my rental order?
Once your rental period has come to a close, you can choose to either drop off your rental, or to ship it back to the lender. Just go to your order details and mark the item as ready for return, and choose your return method.
How far in advance can I reserve a rental?
You can reserve a rental as far in advanced as you'd like! However, we recommend not reserving farther than a year in advanced as a courtesy to our lenders, as inventory may change.
If I make multiple rental orders, will they be shipped together?
If you place an order for multiple items from the same store, they will likely be shipped together! However, if you place multiple order from different stores, they will not be shipped together, as they will be coming from different lenders from different locations.
What integrations does EasyRentals offer?
EasyRentals is currently developing integrations with a custom warehouse management system (which will be available for purchase as an premium add-on), as well as an asset management system.
